Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Weirdo 4 Life Core Collection Giveaway is sponsored by Weirdo 4 Life (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Weirdo 4 Life are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway form on the Weirdo 4 Life website by providing their name and a valid email address.

You may enter only once during the giveaway period. 

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning. California consumer guidance likewise describes legitimate sweepstakes as free and determined by chance.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Email Communications

By submitting the giveaway entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Weirdo 4 Life in addition to communications relating to the giveaway.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate an otherwise eligible giveaway entry.

5. Prizes

Two winners will each receive:

• One Weirdo 4 Life Core Collection T-shirt
• One Weirdo 4 Life skateboard of the winner’s choice, subject to availability

The approximate retail value of each prize package is $130 USD.

Shipping within the United States will be paid by Weirdo 4 Life.

Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Weirdo 4 Life reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Weirdo 4 Life will select two winners at random from eligible entries.

The first winner will be selected after November 30, 2026.

The second winner will be selected after the giveaway closes on December 31, 2026.

A person may win only once. The first winner will be removed from eligibility for the second drawing.

Winning odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

We will contact potential winners using the email address submitted with their entry.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring their email, including spam or junk folders.

A potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification email.

If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

8. Prize Delivery

Winners may be required to provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, including a valid U.S. shipping address, T-shirt size, and skateboard selection.

9. General Conditions

Weirdo 4 Life reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair operation of the giveaway.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway as permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries caused by internet, website, email, device, or other technical problems.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants Weirdo 4 Life permission to use the winner’s first name, city, and state for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the giveaway without additional compensation.

No other personal information will be publicly disclosed unless separately authorized by the winner.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through the giveaway form will be handled in accordance with the Weirdo 4 Life Privacy Policy.

Information collected may be used to administer the giveaway, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and send marketing communications as disclosed at the time of entry.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Weirdo 4 Life and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
